C & R Print recently completed a Communications and Customer Care training programme with Maher Consulting.  16 staff members completed the course over 3 nights.  Maher Consulting put lot of effort into the course and it really showed as they hit the nail on the head regarding our internal and external communication needs.  The course encouraged all of us to work more closely together as a team to deliver high service levels to our customers and thereby facilitating our companys future growth.  All staff were very satisfied with the course content and looked forward to each night of the course.  Alan Mahers down to earth attitude made learning more fun and overall the course, tutor and venue were all excellent.  I would highly recommend Maher Consulting for any communication/customer care training programmes you may be considering.
